St John Ambulance – Cardiac Arrest Awareness

The West Lothian Clarion have organised for St John Ambulance to provide cyclists with cardiac awareness training.

One of our members Jamie O’Kane will speak on his experience of suffering a cardiac arrest whilst out riding his bike and what happened next !

St John’s Scotland have kindly offered to come along and carry out Defibrillator/ CPR training to those interested….
The course is on Saturday 26th October from 11:30 to 13:30 at:
Queen Margaret Hall, 53 Blackness Rd, Linlithgow EH49 7JA
All are welcome to attend.
We plan to cycle over from Livingston for those interested.
